You wouldn’t expect to find a fella teaching beading to a group of craft minded ladies, would you?  But that’s just what happened  here at Alloura Waters.  The fella in question is an ex academic, maybe that’s why he can count, a definite requisite in the art of beading!

Book-marks and bracelets, lovely necklaces and glamorous table mats, you name it, and somehow they get made. 

It has proved to be a popular pastime with a lot of people who meet regularly to discus their current projects and to learn new techniques from each other.
