·The Finance Sub Committee reviews, with the Operator, the Proposed Annual Budget
together with the Capital Works Fund Budget each year.
·They compare & review monthly the General Ledger details, the Profit & Loss
Accounts to the Approved Budget and the Capital Works Fund Account to Budget,
liaising with Village Management on any queries to the accounts.
·The Sub Committee meets monthly and also reports to the Residents Committee and
the Residents Forum.
·They provide Minutes to the Residents Committee of approved Meetings between the
Operators Representatives and the Finance Sub-Committee and also liaise with the
Works Committee on expenditure related to Repairs & Maintenance and Capital
Works..
·It is the Finance Sub Committees duty to annually Review with the Operator the
Auditors Report.
