MANAGEMENT LIAISON SUB-COMMITTEE

FUNCTIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT LIAISON SUB-COMMITTEE

 This sub-committee is one of our most important and does what its name implies, liaises with management.  The sub-committee, consisting of four members, meets once a month with the operator’s representatives and discusses the many matters which come to its attention.  These matters cover all areas of village life, cracked roadways, security problems, administration of village rules, drainage problems, matters arising as a result of new construction, parking of caravans etc, just about anything.

 Like all sub-committees, this one reports to the Residents’ Committee and Forum each month and is always “on duty” so to speak.  Although a meeting is held with management once a month, in reality the Chairman of this sub-committee is often in contact by telephone.  Being a member of this sub-committee, and particularly its Chairman, is not a job for the faint-hearted as some residents want action yesterday.
