MUSIC GROUP

Every Tuesday afternoon, between the hours of 2 pm and 4 pm, the strains of beautiful music waft from the coffee room delighting some  fifteen or so like-minded people with everything from opera to swing, from Beethoven to jazz, and lots more besides.  We take turns to bring along our favourites and that can prove very interesting.  We even get to have afternoon tea at half time.  I believe that it’s a welcome, restful break from the busy lives we all seem to lead, even if we are supposed to be “retired.”  And newcomers are always very welcome.
