Ordinary Committee
members are required to attend the monthly Residents Committee meeting and
form part of that Committee.
They are required to read
information prior to the meeting and put forth opinions and vote on issues.
These members do not have
any specific duties, apart from the above, their value is in bringing to the
Committee their opinions and to gather information on the views of residents
and bring them to the Committee.
There may be instances
whereby these Members, as with all members of the Residents Committee, may
be called upon to work on a one off project or work with a Sub Committee on
a particular issue.
