Police want to help the community as best they can. To do this police are seeking assistance from the community. If you witness an offence or any suspicious activity please contact police in order of the following numbers:
1. Emergencies or a crime in progress phone triple 0 (000), ask for police.
2. For non – emergencies phone 13 14 44 Police Assistance Line (PAL)
3. Gosford Police 4323 5599 or Woy Woy Police 4379 7399
4. Crime stoppers 1800 333 000 to leave anonymous information
Calls to triple “0” and PAL are traceable and accountable.
If you contact PAL and follow up is required by a police officer the job is automatically forwarded to the nearest police station.
It is hoped the community will report all incidents of malicious damage, drugs, traffic, break and enter matters or otherwise to the police. Reporting matters to police helps us to track trends, possibly identify offenders and locate stolen property. Police must prioritise their jobs and sometimes there may be delays.
