On Saturday 6th September the Central Coast Family History Society launched its new publication
The Dream Begins
The Residents of Brisbane Water in 1841.
Heather Sushames, as the Project Research Editor, paid tribute to the many people including local historians and researchers who helped with The Dream Begins. This inspiring social history of our area is a 600 page, two volume publication.
Ed Raftery’s poem ‘The Dream Begins’ takes pride of place on the back cover.
Heather’s dedication to the massive project (started almost 8 years ago) was acknowledged, at the book launch, by the Society awarding her Life Membership.
