Where possible, a notice about each tour will be put in AWARE and letter box dropped prior to the date on which the list will be out. Departure times (from RSL car park) will be advised nearer to the date and seat numbers (drawn by a village staff member) will be handed out before you board the coach.  If you can’t be in the Community Centre on the day the list is out, please give a friend your money and ask them to put your name down.
