The Vice Presidents Works is
responsible for the Sub Committee that deals with the repairs and
maintenance in the village.
That Sub Committee ensures
that requests for repairs are acted on promptly, that resident’s money is
well spent, and the village is free of safety hazards.
The Vice President Works liaises with the
Finance Sub Committee on the payment of repairs and meets regularly with the
Village Manager to discuss service standards and repairs vs. replacement to
make recommendations to the Residents Committee.
The Vice
President Works
also makes recommendations to the Residents Committee on any costs to be
included in the annual budget for repairs & Maintenance and capital works.
The Vice
President Works
is required to attend the monthly Residents Committee Meetings.
