FUNCTIONS OF

THE VILLAGE EXECUTIVE VICE-PRESIDENT

·   Assist The President as required and chair meetings in the absence of the President

·   Present Sub-Committee reports in the absence of the Sub- Committee conveners

    Facilitate representation by a minimum of two people in meetings with the Operator when the President is not available

·   Facilitate the appointment of a conciliator, who is acceptable to all parties, to attempt to resolve any dispute

·   Have a deciding vote in the event that there is a tied vote at a Sub-committee meeting

    Be a member of the Committee Executive
