Alloura Waters Wii Group
Everybody
knows what a Wii is? Or we all thought we did. Until now.
Forty two brave
souls turned up to see for themselves just what this peculiar name was
all about.
Our Nurse
Trescha, helped by Wes W. Brian S. John S. and Ian K. (the Wii Working
Group) gave a practical demonstration of the fun and games that are
available as part of the fitness activities available to us.
Now we have
thirty two that have regularly turned up on a Tuesday morning to become
involved in the Fitness program that includes dancing as well. (Why
aren’t more men wanting to get and keep fit?).
Others are more
interested in doing their own thing instead of becoming part of the
group activities.
There is a wide
range of optional activities to choose from, such as, tennis, ten pin
bowling, cycling, running at your own pace, walking, golf, boxing and
there is more.
So, how can you
get involved with fun time, for old, young, fat, thin, bones aching
people at Wii.
Two options:-
1. Come to Nurse Trescha’s fitness planning and
dancing group on a Tuesday at 10am (sometimes 11am).
Or
2.
2.
Speak to any one of Wes (4369 0535),
Brian (4369 5856), John (4369 0860) and they will gladly organize a
time, day and set up for you and will stay and help you get started.
Great fun for
singles, small groups and it is healthy too.
We look forward
to your call. Remember, at our age we have nothing to be shy about.
And here is the
best part of it… IT’s
FREE to YOU.
