111 residents and guests braved the wet night to attend our second Yule fest dinner in the Auditorium.

The fourteen tables were full of happy people mixing with some they had not chatted with before and increasing our Village unity.

The social sub-committee ladies had done a wonderful job of decorating the tables including putting together the Christmas trees which were beyond the ability of at least one male with no manual dexterity. As always there are more than five people outside the committee who hop in and help in every way and we thank them enormously.

Rosemary Munro entertained us with her lovely singing and keyboard and the dancing added a nice touch.

The Food was good, the Music was excellent and the company was wonderful.

The raffle prize made up of French produce generously donated by Yvonne and Rene Roy was won by lucky Gwenda Welsh. Our residents coffers are $432.00 better off because of this thoughtful donation.
