HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL RESIDENTS, STAFF, FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

A happy group of residents said goodbye to 2011, and welcome 2012. Some of us barbequed, others ate prawn salad and other food of their choice, or ate before they came to our outdoor area. We later watched "Dinner for One" "The Plank" and other old English humour on our big screen thanks to Peter Allen. This has become a tradition here at Alloura Waters. However many times we see it, it is always fun! We watched the 9 pm fireworks, and about half of us made it to midnight to view the main fireworks display from Sydney Harbour. Some of us stayed until after 1am.

I suspect I was not the only one to have a nanny nap on the first day of 2012.
